FairLedger content is for adults aged 18 and over only (21+ in some jurisdictions including parts of the United States, Egypt, Greece and South Korea). We take age gating seriously and require every operator we cover to do the same.
1. Our age policy
By using FairLedger you confirm you are at least 18 (or the higher local
minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal data
from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email
privacy@fairledger.io and we will delete it within 48 hours.
2. How operators verify age
Every casino we cover requires at least one of the following before allowing a withdrawal above a low limit:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, driving licence).
- Proof of address less than 90 days old (utility bill, bank statement).
- Liveness selfie matched against the photo ID.
- Source-of-funds documentation for high-roller accounts.

3. Tools for parents
If you share a household with an under-18, please install one of: Net Nanny, Bark, Qustodio or your operating system's parental controls. These can block known gambling URLs at the device level even if the operator cannot identify the user.
4. Reporting under-age accounts
If you suspect a minor is using a casino we cover, please report it
directly to the operator's support team and copy us at
support@fairledger.io so we can follow up.
