3. Casino disputes we can help with
If you have a withdrawal that is stuck for more than 72 hours at a casino you signed up to via a FairLedger link, email us with the casino, your deposit transaction hash and any reference number. We escalate to the operator on your behalf and publish unresolved disputes after 14 days.
4. Casino disputes we cannot help with
We cannot intervene in disputes about (a) casinos we do not cover, (b) self excluded accounts, (c) breaches of operator terms (e.g. multi-accounting), or (d) legal disputes already with a regulator or a third-party arbitrator such as eCOGRA.
