These Terms govern your use of fairledger.io and any associated tools or APIs operated by FairLedger Insights Ltd.. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in jurisdictions where the local minimum gambling age is higher) to use FairLedger. You confirm that accessing the site is legal where you live.
2. What we are not
FairLedger is a publisher and a tool maker. We are not a casino, a sportsbook, a payment processor, a wallet or a financial advisor. Nothing on this site is gambling advice, financial advice, legal advice or a solicitation to gamble.
3. Affiliate links
Most outbound links to operators are affiliate links. When you sign up via one of these links the operator pays us a share of their net gaming revenue from your account. This relationship is disclosed on every link with the rel="sponsored" attribute and on our disclosure page.
4. Wager-share program
Wager-share is a discretionary loyalty program. We pay between 50% and 100% of the affiliate revenue an operator pays us back to the user who generated it. Eligibility, payout schedule and excluded games are listed on the leaderboard page. We may pause, suspend or terminate the program for fraud, abuse, multi-accounting or operator chargebacks.
5. User-submitted content
If you submit a casino dispute, a data correction or a comment, you grant FairLedger a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it in our editorial content. You confirm the submission is accurate and does not infringe a third party's rights.
6. Intellectual property
All site copy, logo, ranking algorithm and on-chain dataset are the property of FairLedger Insights Ltd.. The wallet ledger and ranking-algorithm source code are released under the MIT licence on our public GitHub. Site copy is released under CC-BY-4.0 with attribution to FairLedger.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep our deposit-volume figures, bonus codes and review scores accurate, we do not warrant that any number on the site is current or error-free. Always verify with the operator before depositing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairLedger Insights Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including any losses you incur by gambling at an operator we cover. Our total liability for any direct losses is limited to GBP 100.
9. Termination
We may suspend access to the site for any user found to be scraping at abusive rates, automating the wager-share dashboard or attempting to harm the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
